Delivery & Returns

Deliveries

We aim to have all orders processed, shipped and delivered within 3-7 working days. We will send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We currently ship to England, Wales and Scotland only. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We are currently experiencing some delays due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, please see our Covid-19 page for more details.

Working days exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Returns

We hope you love our products but we understand if they are not for you. We are happy to refund orders sent to us within 30 days of you receiving the item. If the item is returned after 30 days, we will not be able to refund you. All products returned must be in its original packaging and unused. We will not accept returns that have been opened or used. To return an item please email info@diamondtopaz.co.uk with your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return.

We quality check all of our items before sending them out. However, if you receive a damaged item, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also require you to send us a picture of the damaged item. We will then let you know if it is returnable. 

Please make sure to email us before sending the item back. We will reply to your email to let you know if the item is refundable and give you instructions on how to return. If we receive any items before you have emailed us, or if you have emailed us and we have rejected the return, we will not issue a refund or post the item back to you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you. We will check to make sure the item is in the condition outlined above, and once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, we therefore would recommend using a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. This postage fee will not be refunded. The original postage fee (if paid) will be refunded onto a digital gift card.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item would be to follow the returns procedure outlined above and make a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or any custom products. We also cannot refund any gift wrapping. If you would like to return a product that had gift wrapping, you can still receive a refund for the product but the gift wrapping fee will not be refunded.
